PERSONAL PICK: First Introduction to OGC- Old Picture

I was sorting out old emails in my yahoo account when I stumbled upon the email of Brian Christensen. I am so glad he has a copy of the picture when I joined them for lunch at the Quisumbing Torres law office in Global, my first ever introduction to the Office of General Counsel. I wanted to upload it on the entry where I talked about going-in house, but for some reasons it wouldn't allow me to edit that post. SO for the sake of keeping record, I just post it here with the message from Brian.

PROPERTY POINT: Salvage Zones Utilization

Client wants to know if it can utilize an area constituting a salvage zone. Under Article 51 of the Presidential Decree No. 1067 , otherwise known as “ The Water Code of the Philippines ”, Salvage Zone is defined as “the zone of three (3) meters in urban areas, twenty (20) meters in agricultural areas and forty (40) meters in forest areas, along their margins, subject to the easement of public use in the interest of recreation, navigation, flotage, fishing and salvage.
